Anyone buying a vehicle in another country understandably has many questions. Is the seller reputable? Are the vehicle documents complete? How do payment, VAT, plates, customs and collection work?
International vehicle sales are part of our daily business. We know the typical organisational requirements and guide the process with a clear and comprehensible procedure.
From the first vehicle enquiry through the review of whether a sale is possible to the handover or transport arrangement, the individual steps remain transparent and easy to follow.
We sell and export exclusively used cars from our own stock, to be found at www.sueverkruep.de or at our locations. We cannot export vehicles from other dealers. Within this stock we support international vehicle sales within the European Union and, after individual review, to further European and selected non-European markets. Every enquiry is reviewed individually. The availability of a vehicle, the possible export and the required documents depend, among other things, on the vehicle, the buyer, the destination country and the respectively applicable requirements.

Based on the desired vehicle, the buyer, the destination country and the applicable framework, we review whether an international sale is possible.

Purchase handling and documents
We explain the required details, documents, payment terms and next steps in a clear and comprehensible way.

Export plates
Provided the respective requirements are met, we support the application for the necessary export plates.

Customs clearance
For sales to destination countries relevant under customs law, we support the necessary customs clearance and the associated documents.

VAT security
Depending on the individual transaction, a VAT security or deposit amount may be required. Reimbursement is made in accordance with the contractually agreed conditions and once the required proofs have been fully submitted.

Proof of arrival
For intra-community supplies we support the necessary documentation and, where required in the specific case, the proof of arrival.

We explain the process in an understandable way and inform you transparently about the steps and documents required in the respective case.

Kiel is ideally located for collecting and moving vehicles sold internationally. The A215 provides a direct connection to the A7 and thus to the national motorway network.
Many vehicles are collected directly by importers, international trading partners or commissioned drivers. This makes onward travel by road easy and predictable to organise.
For destinations in Scandinavia and the Baltic region, Kiel offers a further advantage: from the Port of Kiel there are direct ferry connections to Oslo, Göteborg and Klaipėda.
